B. Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:
- Work has not yet started
- The request is submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation
Process:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
C. Eligibility & Limitations
Refunds do not apply to:
- Services already initiated
- Projects with downloadable or digital deliverables already shared
- Long-term or retainer-based contracts
